Fleeting Moments is a celebration of the ephemeral. Some of these moments are grand and breathtaking, commanding attention, like light illuminating mountain peaks at sunset, or colors shifting within a virga cloud. Others are soft and quiet, just as extraordinary yet easy to overlook, like cloud formations that appear and vanish, or the brief hush of color that sometimes emerges in an otherwise subdued sunrise. In all cases, they are short-lived. They may vanish in seconds or unfold over a few brief minutes. These moments do not hold still, they do not last, and they cannot be repeated. As a child, the fields and woods near my home were my playground. I woke eager to explore, to see what adventures awaited me. Each day felt unique, filled with the excitement of discovery. That sense of wonder and surprise still drives me as a photographer. Every outing holds the possibility of witnessing something new, something temporary. Sometimes, these moments are gifts, appearing without warning. Through Fleeting Moments, I celebrate the transient beauty and wonder nature offers. I am drawn to moments that emerge, shift, and pass. They deepen my appreciation for the nature world and connect me to something greater than myself.
